Steps

1. Make sure that your folder options has the show hidden files checked.
   
2. Under C:\Documents and Settings, open the folder for your user. (C: is your system drive)
   
3. Open the hidden folder SendTo.
   
4. Do File -> New -> Shortcut. A shortcut wizard will appear.
   
5. Type in or browse for the place you want to send files to. Click next.
   
6. If you like, give it a new name. Click finish
   

Tips

• Change the icon of your shortcut by right-clicking on it, going to Properties, clicking on Change Icon, browse and choose an icon, and apply. Then click OK.
